Help List
---------
The LIST command lets you view message headers without having to read
the entire message. This is particularly useful if you wish to receive
more information about a group of messages. Upon typing "LIST G0GZW",
you might receive a list that looks like this:
No. Call Date Time Bytes Title
1 DK0KWS 08.05.88 12:01 1024 HI JIM!
2 G4UGO 08.05.88 13:42 563 MEETING?
3 G6RAZ 08.05.88 19:00 2364 WILL YOU VISIT BRISTOL ARC TOMORROW?
This list will make it easier for you to decide what message you might
want to read or erase. LIST can also be used with a parameter:
L : shows all messages addressed to your call sign
L DL8OBC : shows all messages addressed to DL8OBC
L AMSAT + : shows all messages in the file AMSAT since your last
login
L TNC2 4 : shows message #4 in the file named TNC2
L KA4KQK 4- : shows all messages to KA4KQK, beginning with #4
L ALL -3 : shows messages #1 to #3 addressed to ALL
L DF3AV 4-6 : shows messages #4 to #6 addressed to DF3AV
NOTE: The LIST-command without parameters lists all messages of the
directory/call. If you like o n l y the new messages since your
last login, you have to append a "+"character, i.e. "L AMSAT +"
(the space between AMSAT and + is a must!).
